  • Minimum number for private events is 8 please note if outside of our 15 miles radius from Walsall there will be a travel charge.

    If you do not have venue for your private event we can also help to source this via our friendly bank of local contacts.

  • All equipment needed for our workshops / events always included

  • Public events - booking is required 24 hours prior

    Private and corporate workshops- as long as we have availability we can accept your booking within 7 days prior.

  • Our acceptance of a booking takes place when payment is received. When an event date is booked with over 2 weeks notice we will require a non-refundable deposit payment (50% of the order) which will hold your chosen date. The remaining balance outlined in your order form must be paid 14 days in advance of the event date.

  • In the event of any cancellation:

    1. Any booking fee or deposit that has been paid will be forfeited. Cancellation charges for the remaining balance will be made as follows:

    • Notice given more than 7 days prior to event/hire –full refund

    • Notice given 5 days prior to event/hire – 50% refunded

    • Notice given 2 days prior to event/hire – 25% refunded

    • Notice given less 1 day prior to event/hire – no refund. We do however offer credit vouchers that can be used with us at another time.

    2. Excessive damage to any of our borrowed equipment (craft tools) will result in the client being invoiced for the cost of replacement.

    3. Ambience Arts will not be held liable for any damage caused to buildings or property.

    4. Any sketches or bespoke designs requested will only be completed after a deposit has been paid.
